Servers' Rewards
Ribbons and crosses are earned by servers to show how long they have been serving and what job they do.
The colour of the ribbon indicates which position the individual has been trained for. White is for acolytes, red is for crucifers, blue is for beginner servers and purple is for intermediate and senior servers. Everyone starts their new position with their ribbon and a medallion, after they have served ten times in their new position they earn a cross. When the individual and the head server feel that he/she is ready to take on a new position and have completed the necessary training, then he/she will receive the appropriate new ribbon.
